Subject: 2009AD vs. 12009CT
To: Secretary-General of the United Nations
As a proud 'citizen of the world', I am for world harmony and separation of the Church/Religion and State as per the UN Bill of Human Rights on equality and non-discrimination, and I respect the forgotten contribution to civilization's development of 'all' our ancestors.
Accordingly, I object to the use of the christian religion AD year counter on UN documents and communications.
In place of the biased and spurious (i.e. it was plagiarized from the Egyptian, Sumerian and Roman cultures) 'Anno Domini', we should be using the legitimate international year counter, namely, Civilization Time (CT) as explained at:Very Sincerely
