The previously detailed content on this webpage was bullied off the Internet by Sydney lawyers.
It all started because a heavily pregnant woman was not allowed by a powerful monopoly, Australia Post, to have a few hours of available sitdown work at her Post Office. She ended up with her uterus hanging out between her legs, surgery that went very wrong... stuff ups in the NSW Health System... Australia Post treated her like it was all a put on... permanent damage to her family... Pelvic Floor Care is critically important to every Aussie Battler family. The sorry reality is that the vast majority of New South Wales voters and their families are not able to find affordable fair dinkum lawyers or have them fined for professional negligence - lawyers in NSW are above the law. One of the law firms that was exposed on this webpage takes the cake. They sent us a threatening letter in which they don't realize they are actually admitting they are guilty of false Yellow Pages advertising when they hold themselves out to be the Aussie Battler's saviour. On the contrary their letter states they really only do "Personal Injury" (and only if it's an easy case!). They also state they never received the approach for "Free First Consultation", but it wasn't just a phone call, it was sent by Registered Post and email - if they lose mail and write flawed threatening letters... New South Wales needs an independent body like other States, especially the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal, to heavily fine these law firms for blatant false advertising and professional negligence.
