Specifically, the pyschological abuse being separation from his lifeblood and only Hogan granddaughter, then 5 year old Tara.


We respectfully request that the NSW Police Commissioner review this matter and officially confirm to us in writing whether or not this kind of behaviour looks suspicious and warrants further investigation.

If not, if there are no suspicions whatsoever, it would seem to some of us that in an Ageing Society where fair dinkum care for the vulnerable elderly is increasingly becoming an issue, maybe we concerned Australians, with beloved grand/parents need to think about lobbying our politicians to take a look at improving the laws, and providing the Police with more resources.

We had to get the story out through the Internet to pressure the government to act and because there are no affordable fair dinkum lawyers in NSW, plus the precarious health of Peter Hogan, the 'Whistle-Blower', and to help (grand)daughter Tara in any future action.

The Accused / Defendants
The sibling who were prepared to do whatever is necessary to take control of the family estate:
- David James Martin Hogan (MJRH's eldest son, b. 19/1/52) - 23 Ashdown Drive Lighthouse Beach Port Macquarie 2444 NSW (02) 6582 3006, aided and abetted by wife Joanne - both are unemployed / early retired, no kids.
- Catherine (nee Hogan) Busuttil (MJRH's eldest daughter b. 8/2/61) - European Christian Mission complex at 15 Malvern Ave Croydon NSW 2132 (02) 9706 3413, 9747 5509 Mob 0431 194 966, very actively aided and abetted by husband Pastor Ray Busuttil
- European Christian Mission who provided the staging ground for these people to plan and execute the crime.
- Julie (nee Hogan) Breen (MJRH's youngest daughter b. 19/5/64) - 1 Norman Road Bridgewater 5155 SA (08) 8339 5491 Mob 0428 174 000 - aided and abetted by husband Simon Breen of Breen Chiropractic Clinic 3rd Level 55 Gawler Pl Adelaide SA 5000 (08) 82216262.

The above siblings aided and abetted by:
- Gwendoline Olive Hogan (b. 8/10/28) wife of MJRH (m. 16/12/50). Being in her 80th year was vulnerable to being duped by her own offspring. They use her generation's bigotry to go along with agreeing that Peter was mentally unsound. Later correspondence to Peter (via his PO Box 1 Potts Point) shows that she does not consider him mentally unsound. Also the video below clearly shows evidence that she too was very concerned about her own offspring's ulterior motives.

- NSW Government:
- Negligence of the NSW Health Department - officers that are prepared to consider anyone 'mentally unsound' based on the most flimsy of evidence - provided by people holding themselves out to be fine upstanding members of Australian society - zealot christians, a Pastor even.
- Further, negligence of the NSW government in not having proper systems and enforceable laws in place to ensure that the elderly are not abused like this.
 In particular, the NSW government form for the "Medical Certificate Cause of Death" looks like it's the same form used in Captain Phillip's time, over 200 years ago. The fact is life expectancy even a half century ago was about 60 years. Back then, abuse of the vulnerable - children or the elderly, was not an issue. Now people are living easily past 80.
We all know, psychological abuse of the elderly hastening death now a big and prevalent issue. And it's being pretty much ignored by our elected government. The ludicrous form confirms that much.
With the current archaic Cause of Death form there is no allowance for the possibility of psychological abuse hastening death. In our modern greying society where the elderly, are a big, and increasing percentage of the population (and a not insignificant voting block!) not to update the form, and begin looking closer at suspicious deaths that have already occurred, and if necessary provide the Police Force with the additional capability, is negligence.

And an insult to the fair dinkum Australian victims, like Matt Hogan, who contributed so much to the development of our country.
The current appalling fact is, that there is no check whatsoever about the circumstances deceased was enduring in the weeks and months leading to death.
In Matt Hogan's case, in the box for "Date last seen alive by me:" the hospital doctor is allowed to write "NOT APPLICABLE"! like it can't be important. Vincent Chang clearly did not know anything about MJRH, just looks at his age, 81, and goes, "Yeah, suddenly catching pneumonia did the old guy in." How can such a form check that his son Peter was looking after him for 6 years with his little granddaughter and he was doing fine. The other offspring take over and MJRH is dead immediately.

When a wedding ceremony is performed, the question is asked, "Does anyone have any objection to this marriage?"
Why don't we at least have, for those of us who can't afford a lawyer or figure out how to Challenge a Will, some kind of similar question included at say the funeral, and/or a simple form at the Births, Deaths & Marriages Registry. So on such a form, and a new revised Cause of Death certificate format, the extra question box:
"Does anybody suspect psychological abuse in unnaturally hastening the death of the deceased?"

- Carlton Medical Practice of Dr Sue Sidhom and Dr Carl Bazergy - malpractice in the way they handle MJRH's health care and aiding and abetting the offspring when Catherine takes GOH to them and it's determined Peter's 'unsound mind' has suddenly caused her to have a serious heart condition.


The Cases
* Criminal Charges - Murder of MJRH by the Defendants - alleged premeditated intent to murder MJRH. Their method being psychological abuse specifically using separation from his lifeblood and only Hogan granddaughter, 5 year old Tara.

There is certainly plenty of evidence: a desperate video from MJRH himself, audio, conversation recordings, emails, various documents, handwritten notes from MJRH...; 
  and/or
* Civil Charges - Wrongful Death of MJRH caused by the Defendants - especially re damage to Grandaughter Tara - re above mentioned premeditated intent to ensure MJRH would die on the day (Friday 23 May '2008). MJRH was subjected to a series of planned events culminating in his beloved Granddaughter being forced out of the family house, and under false grounds, namely, that Peter is supposed to be mentally unsound (at least more so than the Defendants!) which was also against the intent of MJRH's recently modified Will - changed in August '07 because he knew what the Defendants were up to.
- Defamation suit against all these parties for wronfully and wilfully having Peter declared 'mentally unsound', and compensatory damages for all the emergency accommodation, credit card debt and interest, and loss of credit rating, and general upheaval, especially the damage to an innocent little 5 year old.

* Challenge to the Will of MJRH under The Family Provision Act - mainly on behalf of his Granddaughter, if the outcome of his Will does not follow his clear wish and intent that the 124 Wolseley St Bexley family house never be sold and be kept as a place of refuge for 'all' members of the Hogan family. Peter and Tara were not just tenants or son and granddaughter boarders. They were as dependant on MJRH as he was on them. Peter had forgone a normal job and income to perform his role. Peter and Tara could not afford to buy and maintain the cost of running a car without the ongoing financial arrangement between MJRH and them. Indeed to acquire their RAV4 in April '07 from Stewart Toyota Banksia they required a letter from MJRH to confirm this arrangement - see MJRH's letter here, which he duly delivered himself and answered all queries verbally to satisfy Toyota Finance staff ("Raf"). Thus with MJRH's murder and being illegally forced from the family house, without even proper notice Peter has had to incur enormous debt particularly for emergency accommodation (and much of their personal possessions were dumped by the Defendants).
And of course on the basis that all the other beneficiaries his wife and other offspring hastened MJRH's death, evidence of premeditated murder even, at least causing premature wrongful death. Thus if found guilty they can no longer be eligible as beneficiaries in his Will.

Note due to the lack of fair dinkum affordable NSW lawyers, and in case Peter dies before working out how to be an SRL (Self Represented Litgant) he had formally make the challenge through the ultimate representative of the Australian citizen - to Prime Minister Kevin Rudd 26/1/09 RD 53444405 - this manifesto also details this whole matter.

The Motive
Why would siblings want to see their father dead, now, at 81, not living into his 90s? Answer:
Money - getting control of the family estate - the house at 124 Wolseley Street Bexley, no matter what criminal actions needed to be employed.

The usual sibling infighting over the estate, making sure they get as much money as possible, now, without waiting for the natural deaths of both parents, in an age when life spans are going up and up. But these deluded self-righteous prigs rationalize everything as doing god's will.

MJRH had become a serious problem - the longer he lived, the more likely it would be that the Defendants would never get control of the family house.

Specifically, for years MJRH favoured second son Peter, and in more recent years Peter's daughter Tara (currently a 5 year old kindergartener). They had been keeping MJRH going - Peter having returned to the family house in April '02. Tara born later that year was Grandad's lifeblood - his reason for living. And Tara's birth was unexpected by everyone, an immediate worry for the Defendants, being Peter's only child, born when he was 46.
But the Accused were very concerned that Peter and Tara (along with her mother and that mother's son from a previous marriage) would stay living in the house forever.
Particularly as all the Defendants for the most part had for many years 'escaped' Sydney, to avoid the hassle and cost (forgone income of being able to work full-time) when you have to put so much time into caring for aging parents, one or both of whom could live well into their 90s, another 20 years.
And that over time even their legal status may change lifting Peter from just a fellow sibling, either under the Family Provisions Act, or MJRH signing over part of his estate before he dies, which he did end up trying to do.

In a nutshell:
For 6 years Peter and Tara had been keeping Grandad going.
Just 3 weeks after the Defendants tookover the family house, Grandad was dead. The very day he knew his lifeblood, Granddaughter Tara, was being forced out.

They were supposed to be taking over the house on the premise that they would provide much better aged care for both parents, GOH and MJRH. Than Peter and Tara. That Matt and Gwen (as the son-in-laws called them) would have a much happier life together, with Peter and Tara 'eliminated'. That Grandad would have many more years of happy trips away, to "paradise" in Port Macquarie, lovely bushland Bridgewater Adelaide...

The truth is that MJRH died from the pressure put on him by their premeditated relentless malicious actions.
They forced Peter to leave first (1/5/08) by concocting a story that he was mentally unsound assisted by the negligence of the NSW Health Department and that Peter was causing the health problems of GOH, signed off on by the Carlton Medical Practice of Dr Sue Sidhom and Dr Carl Bazergy.

And by this time, when the Defendants have already conned the NSW Health Department officers - what chance does Peter have by himself, so outnumbered, with severley limited resources, no money, just trying to find a roof over his head every night. And still trying to do the daily care of his kindergarten daughter - school pickups and drop-offs, etc.
Clearly, the Defendants knew Peter would be extra vulnerable with his days much more complicated when Tara started school in '2008. No surprise that is when they began the big push, i.e. in February / March.

Then they began intimidating Tara and her mother.
MJRH had to view all of this, as well as the deliberate neglect of his backyard animals - a mini 'zoo' setup by Peter, including MJRH's pomeranian dog (Oscar), his galah (Garfeild) and several aquariums - marine and freshwater, and a beautiful pond fish setup with waterfall. This menagerie was designed by Peter to break the boredom during the day for Grandad, especially now that Tara had started school.

MJRH died the day he knew his beloved Granddaughter Tara was to be forced to leave her home of 5 years since her birth.

The Method
No, there was no poison. No Nebutol, or whatever they call it - the one that is in the News as the drug of choice of 'caring' family members. No risk of being charged with illegal Euthanasia here. They didn't need to. They had the perfect setup to commit the perfect crime and get away with it. Everyone knows the NSW Police Commissioner will not investigate what seems to be a death from old age.
But the truth is, as mentioned above, MJRH was actually murdered, the cunning method used being psychological domestic violence.
Of course the NSW Police Commissioner will laugh it off as a ludicrous allegation made by crazy people 'clutching at straws'. The outrageous idea that the murder plot was to eliminate a 5 year old granddaughter and that would lead to the death of the ultimate victim, their 81 year old father, and head of the estate, who had become a major obstacle in ever getting inheritance money.

But circumstances had come together to create exactly that irresistable situation:
1. MJRH had been depressed for years before Tara came along.
2. Tara is no ordinary grandchild.
3. For 52 years of the span of the MJRH+GOH (married '1950 - producing 4 children - 2 boys, 2 girls) family span there had been no direct line 'Hogan' grandchild. The eldest son David never had any children, and he married late and to an older women... Peter the only other son had Tara, his only child late when he was 46 almost by accident. Sure the 2 daughters, Catherine and Julies had lots of Busuttil and Breen grandchildren, but they were not direct line, and Grandad had little affinity with any of them, never mentioning them in conversation.
5. MJRH would tell anyone, including the Defendants (much to their mortification) that, "Before Tara came along I just wanted to die, now I want to live as long as I can." He was motivated by her, he believed he could keep going many more years. He was always talking about something Tara had done to amuse him. They played cards, draughts, bingo together every night. Day trips to Bunnings, you name it.
6. Tara was not living far away she was living in the same house.
7. Tara was not a crier as a baby to irritate a grandfather - no colic. Maybe just a fluke, but maybe also the stability of being brought up in the family house with grandparents around.
[Compare this same Hogan family in the early years - the '1950s - we never saw a granparent, 3 were dead, the one that was living, GOH's fahter William Murray - she hated, and never allowed us to meet him because he left her mother (Mabel Nesbitt) for another woman (Ede) - Peter's family history research later showed he actually seems to have gone back to the woman he started out with and had his fist child to - Peter was born on his birthday...]
8. Tara is the only grandchild in her generation, the next grandchild is Julie's in Adelaide, who is much older, and Grandad rarely saw the other grandchildren who have lived for the most part in far away Adelaide and Ukraine.
9. Tara is bubbly and intelligent - though just starting Kindergarten she is top of her class - leading the performance token race. And she is still in that 'cute' age. Though for her Grandfather she was never going to become a pain.

Now to weaken MJRH for the final blow - eliminating Tara, first the defendants eliminate Peter 3 weeks earlier. Peter was the one he was closest to of the 4 children.
Then there was the neglect of his animals - birds and fish start dying - aquariums are a lot of work - the water became filthy, pumps and filters stopped working (see our letter and photos to the RSPCA at here).

Finally, the most objective unequivocal eveidence of the lifeblood bond between Grandad and his Tara:
MJRH did not die 3 days before she was to be eliminated or the day after, or 3 weeks later, or 6 months later, but, on the exact day he knew she was going - Friday 23 May '2008.

The Evidence
Things began happening after the return to Sydney of Catherine and husband Pastor Raymomd Busuttil from 10 years in the Ukraine in September '06.

MJRH was shocked to first get wind that David, Catherine, Julie and their spouses were determined to take control of the house and kick Peter and Tara out in April '07.

Exhibit A: MJRH's Video
The Defendants setup a family meeting, actually a 'Spanish Inquisition' (chaired by the Pastor Raymond Busuttil). Right from the beginning, MJRH (and even GOH) realized that they were only after the family house. GOH was quite taken aback - they were supposed to just concentrating on getting evil Peter (the only non-christian in the family) out, and keeping GOH's little setup (some 12 hours a day of cable TV - religion, tennis...) in tact. Instead, each one of the Defendants opened with statements that when MJRH dies, the family house is to be sold and GOH is to go live at their house.
There was then a scramble by MJRH to find his Will (made in '1985). And then a good long hard think about what they both 'really' wanted. (Years earlier, MJRH had seen the BallyHogan family estate at Byron Bay get lost in sibling bickering, and even GOH with the Murray family estate around the corner at 49 Verdun Street Bexley when she was cheated out of her share by her siblings, Edna and Max.) This included several visits to, and consultation with, the Public Trustee of NSW 19 O'Connell St Sydney - with Jill Day et al in July '07. It was mainly realized from that legal advice that no matter what they put in their Wills, offspring / descendants with unAustralian lawyers could challenge the intent of their wishes.
The outcome was that MJRH actually added a very personal firm wish to his Will that the family house at 124 Wolseley Street Bexley is never to be sold. MJRH states clearly that not only is the family house never to be sold, but it is to remain a family base and a "refuge". And even GOH wrote something similar.

MJRH: ...It's my wish that the place remain our home until Gwen & I both passed on, and further more I wish that in the future that it be held as a refuge.

MJRH: And never be sold.
GOH: So (reading addition to MRJH Will) I want this letter included in my Will, as I have had my Will checked [by the Public Trustee NSW Jul '07] and it appears to be OK.
What I want.
1. I don't want.
The house never to be sold until Gwen and I both passed on.
2. Further more, if possible ["if possible" because he knew after talking to the Public Trustee NSW that his wishes could be challenged by smart-arsed lawyers / descendants] I would like to see the place as a place of refuge in the future and never to be sold.
Do you want to add anything to that?
MJRH:No leave it at that. Put Amen. Just like to say that 124 Wolseley Street stays as a place for people to come...
 

Then in early '08 the Defendants began executing their premeditated plan.

Realizing some kind of major push was beginning Peter sent all siblings / Defendants a letter on 3 March '08 (by Platinum Regestered Courier). In that letter he challenged them - if Peter was such a problem, then David (because he has no job or family, having 'retired' to Port Macquarie some 10 years ago in his 40s, effectively abandoning his elderly parents, MJRH & GOH, pleading with Peter at the time, mid 90s, on a return trip from Japan to stay at 124 Wolseley to ease their conscience) should come and live in the family house, a whole room would be made available. But they did not. Instead they continued to pour petrol on the fire, especially fueling GOH's bigotry. David came down from Port Macquarie, and Julie made trips up from Adelaide, all right, but they stayed and schemed their moves from the European Christian Mission at Croydon with Catherine.

On Sunday 13 April '08 GOH supposedly had a 'turn' while in the presence of Catherine, who had taken GOH to church, something she rarely did. Sumitra had done it previously and GOH came back fine.
They had no problem in getting the Carlton Medical Practice of Dr Sue Sidhom and Dr Carl Bazergy to sign off on the idea that Peter was causing GOH's heart problems. This was probably because they were aware Peter was going to be doing something about their medical malpractice that almost killed his father, MJRH in September '07. And Peter was the one that basically saved MJRH's life by getting him to a decent cardiologist - Dr Vale at Darlinghurst and the Mater North Sydney.

Of course the whole time, MJRH's health was becoming increasingly damaged by the daily relentless malicious behaviour. He just kept calling it "hatred" to anyone that would listed.

On Thursday night 1 May '08 David physically blocks Peter from living in the house and is clearly trying to incite Peter into violence to strengthen their case that Peter is mentally unsound. So Peter considering the effect on his little 5 year old daughter leaves. That is, he forced Peter to move out before any notice period even began. Peter sleeps in the car that night and, not having been given any chance to find a way to live (having been a stay-at-home Dad for the previous 5 years) from then on up to the present lives in hotels and caravan parks. Living on his credit card. David like a madman immediately took over Peter's room and began dumping his possessions. And the St George Community Health Service rush to declare Peter mentally unsound, even before he receives their notification - how can he when he is forced to move straight to emergency accommodation. Talk about being railroaded in a conspiracy.

Exhibit B: MJRH's Voice Recording
There is also a recording of MJRH confirming that the whole charade is not about Peter being suddenly insane but rather there has been bigotry and jealousy going back many years.

Exhibit C: MJRH's Handwritten Note

At the end MJRH was ready to hand over half the house to Peter to keep him and Tara with him, but the Accused got to him.
Now he actually confirms this intent by writing it out in his own hand in a brief note.
But shortly after they find out about this intention, another note saying Peter has to leave the family house is sent to Peter supposedly from MJRH, but it is not in his own hand, and just has an MJRH signature. This note is supposed to give Peter 4 weeks notice, which he did not get. The note also lays the entire blame for tension and stress in the house 100% on Peter. No blame attributed to other members of the family - a bit of a stretch in any family of 6, and contrary to the recorded conversation with MJRH. And Peter being forced out immediately without any notice actually had the reverse effect on MJRH.
Note also, MJRH actually uses the front of St George Community Health Service envelope, containing the letter questioning Peter's mental soundness, to handwrite the above note confirming MJRH's faith in Peter as the most 'sound' of his offspring.

Now MJRH starts what will be the last week of his life:
- It begins with his health already significantly damaged by the actions of the defendants so far.
- Peter has been taken out for 2 weeks now - he knows Peter has no money and no proper place to live, nor was he given a chance to find alternative living and working arrangements.
- He sees all his animals being neglected, fish and birds are dying.
- MJRH comes down with flu.
- Then early in the week, Gwen Hogan, his wife of 57 years, deserts her sick husband and goes to live with Catherine and the Busuttils at the European Christian Mission at Croydon.
This was just a short time after he agreed to go to a marriage counsellor - an experience he clearly found not only absolutely useless (as proven true by subsequent events) but also humiliating. Actually MJRH related what happened in a recorded conversation (see Exhibit B) with Peter. He said that from that counselling it was determined that the problem for his wife Gwen, was not 'Peter the pagan', but actually him - he didn't show enough affection, making her jealous of his enjoyment of being with Peter and Tara rather than sitting and watching cable TV all day - tennis and the christian channel.

- Tara's mother (as things deteriorated, Sumitra, and particularly her 18 year old son Sean Smith, from a previous marriage, thought they could stay on if they sided with them against Peter, i.e. sell him out by agreeing that Peter was the troublemaker) begged for an extension - more time to find a place to live (she ends up moving temporarily to the neighbour's house in 126 Wolseley St) but no way, they lock her into to leaving with Tara on Friday 23 May '08. Grandad of course is aware that Friday will be the cut-off day - the end of his daily 'lift' from his beloved Granddaughter.

Also in those last couple of weeks GOH kept telling Sumitra "My health is more important". What does she mean? An 80 year old grandmother's health is more important than a 5 year granddaughter's well being, just starting out in life. That even when the upheaval results in her husband's death, that's OK too - it's better for her health. Is she going to be much happier now that the plan worked, perfectly.
GOH said recently, "I'm tired of taking your father to doctors and hospitals". Nevermind that it is potluck which partner has the most health problems, and that if they had retired up the coast like all her own siblings, instead of the ratrace of the inner Sydney suburbs, he might well have been a lot healthier.
All that in the light of her constantly proclaiming the power of prayer to be able to fix anything. Guess it depends on the morality of the method that ends up being employed.

Now we are up to the eve of MJRH's death. On Thursday evening Tara and Grandad still had their nightly game of cards.

MJRH's Final Day
- Friday 23 May comes. In the morning MJRH is apparently deteriorating as planned and is taken to St George Hospital.

In the meantime, Tara's mother has already contacted Peter to help move heavy items nextdoor (Peter through all of this still continues to drop Tara at school and pick her up, then later handing her over to her mother who works fulltime). Peter duly arrives and begins helping with the move.
Peter is not told by the Defendants that his father, MJRH, is seriously ill. So he and Tara spend all day moving not being given the chance to go to the hospital to see him one last time. The other reason Peter doesn't think it is anything serious is that Catherine remains in the house the whole time (David was apparently the one who took MJRH to hospital) supposedly to make sure the move goes ahead, i.e. getting Tara out and complete control of the house means more to Catherine than being with her father who is dying.

Of course, they did not want Peter and Tara at the hospital. They did not want MJRH to see his Tara and start making a recovery. For us to start talking about 'positive' plans for the future, and how important he was for Tara's immediate and future well-being.
(Prior to the main part of the 'invasion', Peter, Grandad and Tara, starting months earlier, had been talking about renting a campervan and taking him and Tara to Byron Bay (MJRH's original hometown). The 3 of us (we were always going on day trips somewhere to break the boredom for Grandad - Bunnings, etc.) even went to Maui / Britz (653 Gardeners Road Mascot 9667 0402) to get a quote for a one month campervan hire, from 5 April '08 to 4 May '08 (their Quote Ref No 6390098/1 from Lynne Garde).

They had it all planned - we were to be too pre-occupied with moving on Friday 23 May, with Catherine there, monitoring, making sure it all went to plan.

Now Peter still has no idea of the official cause of death. Maybe MJRH did not appear to be dying to doctors at St George Hospital during the day of Friday. It would seem quite reasonable to conclude though that the behaviour of the Defendants had most definitely taken a heavy toll, and knowing they would not let him go home to his Tara. Knowing what was the point anymore, why go home to 124 Wolseley when she was not going to be there? Only David was with him, next to his hospital bed. And just what was David talking to him about - how could it have been positive?

In the end MJRH had been deliberately put in this position by the Defendants - it is not hard to imagine the feeling of utter hopelessness MJRH must have felt because he was not allowed to see the only 2 people who really did anything of substance for him, Peter and Tara. The Defendants had pushed MJRH over the edge.

Can anyone doubt from the facts, that MJRH was denied the dignified death he deserved, and would have gotten, if Peter and Tara were allowed to continue to be his mates.

Now, the Accused had to have MJRH out of the way 'totally'. Even though Peter and Tara were out. They could not take the chance on MJRH surviving - he might do things that let Peter and Tara back into the family house or might go ahead with signing over half the house to Peter. All the actions of the Defendants can clearly be seen to be heading towards one goal - that it would kill MJRH.

And the son-in-law Sasha, will no doubt be looking to get many of his Ukrainian family into Australia, and they are going to need somewhere cheap to live. And an address that looks good on all those DIMI / Department of Immigration applications.


Whatever, who knows what these people are up to next. So there may be some delay in selling the family house as per their original plan as they are now aware of MJRH's video and how all this may look, especially if there is a Police investigation.

The day after the death of MJRH the Defendants immediately changed all the locks of the house to stop Peter from entering. And appear to have immediately gotten rid of Grandad's beloved dog, Oscar. All very mentally sound behaviour - much more so than Peter.

In conclusion here, clearly MJRH made that video and tried to change his Will because he knew David, Catherine and Julie were after control of the family house. And the evidence and their actions show that they were prepared to do anything to achieve that goal, no matter what the effect on fellow family members, i.e., that it would mean the 'elimination' of MJRH, Peter and Tara.

It would seem that if this case goes to court that their defence would hinge on the basis for being able to get Peter declared mentally unsound. At the very least, their past history and recent actions through all this would have to demonstrate that they are much more mentally sound than Peter, who was actually voted Vice President of Tara's Carlton Public School Parents & Citizens Association, at the very time he was being defamed in front of his daughter.

There is little doubt that if they had just accepted MJRH's wishes - namely that 124 Wolseley Street always be kept as a place of refuge, for 'any' family members, he would still be alive today playing his nightly game of cards with his beloved Tara.

If the NSW Police Force are not able to lay criminal charges for the killing of Tara's Grandad then we will be looking to a Fair Dinkum Australian Law Firm to go into bat for her. Specifically civil action against the Accused for the "Wrongful Death" of her beloved Grandad. (We are thinking someone like Brydens Lawyers may be just the kind of law firm we are looking for.) Otherwise we will have to proceed as SRLs.

These evangelist fanatics consider themselves above Australian Laws, they rationalize all their actions by saying they are doing god's work in eliminating heathens like Peter, even at the expense of the wellbeing of man who did so much for them over the years, and a little innocent 5 year old.

After successfully executing their plan to 'eliminate' their father, his second son brother and granddaughter, they fully expect to soon be sitting back comfortably in their lounge rooms, laughing and joking about how easy it was. While the surviving victims are battling to get a roof over their heads, every cold winter's night.

One of the most disturbing aspects of their behaviour is taking out their hatred not just on an innocent little girl but also all the pets - the animals that gave Grandad so much pleasure (we reported the killing spree, including his Pomeranian, to the RSPCA and they did nothing, see details here). They even had the adult grandchildren (who were old enouhg to know better - your Matthew & Joshua Breen, and Elyce, Amy Jarryd Busuttil) add insult to injury and destroy the backyard cubby houses - tent and Treehouse - so meticulously built by Peter for Tara, that could have brought much pleasure for future generations.

And an update (19i09) since this report was put together in June '08 - as more proof that getting Peter declared mentally unsound was a scam - subsequently he has been receiving mail from GOH and DJH - just like he is of sound mind - like a normal member of the family. They got what they wanted, they got away with it, they're in the clear, Peter can't get the authorities to do anything, has no money for expensive lawyers, no need for anymore pretense.

Now we all know this kind of thing goes on, but you can't prove anything right, and the Police are underfunded...
I remember as a kid the '70s on this very Wolseley Street a recently arrived family from Eastern Europe, Yugoslavs or something, didn't seem to have much money (remember on day the daughter didn'y wear underwear to school on the monky bars and that pervert teacher watching...) father didn't seem to even have a job. Anywat they were living next to an elderly lady living by herself. Sometimes I'd see the daughter taking in a meal to the old lady. I thought "Gee that's a nice community thing to do". Not long later I didn't see that old lady anymore sitting on the front verandah. Must have finally died. Next thing those neighbors suddenly owned that old lady's house. Before long they owned 5 houses, on our street, all newly rebuilt, all rented out, the son still goes around to them doing maintenance. The biggest double-story white mansion one, theirs. And here's us Hogans 150 years in the country just the same house (more or less what's left of the BallyHogan pioneered by the Great Grandfather in '1882 but ended up mostly going to the Catholic Church - a ticket to heaven kindly sold by Father Scott.) The same old internecine, the same old Irish traditon of shooting each other in the foot.

When I first met Tara's mother at Potts Point Post Office she was trying to do the same thing with old Egyptian man, Hosni, down in Macleay Street - beautiful apartment, went with her once to see him in St Vincents Hospital. She'd take down his mail, cook for him... He had no family here. But one day, SK was miffed to learn Hosni's son had swooped in from Egypt and got him out.


Anyway, things are getting pretty desperate, just hope we come across a fair dinkum Australian that can see MJRH's little Granddaughter, Tara is the innocent victim now.

One shudders to think just what is going on in other families with elderly grandparents - we all know this psycholical abuse is being used to hasten death and get the inheritance earlier because of the longer life span problem. Leaving struggling families, more Homelessness, exacerbated by a long worldwide recession, with governments only bailing out banks executives, but not the voters it was shoved on at 20% interest rates.

Peter has incurred enormous credit card debt too with all the emergency accommodation. And being in his 50s, family history of heart disease, and oh, mentally unsound, may well soon follow his father.

But if this case goes to court one day and we are awarded damages, will try again to set up a Trust for Tara's future, something Peter and MJRH had already tried with the Public Trustee of NSW - they were useless too. Actually if they had been a bit more obliging of the lower classes ("You can't do that your offspring and their spouses can still successfully challenge your Will!" ...Well how does Rupert do it then.) maybe Grandad and Tara would still be playing cards together after dinner.
